Garden Tao: 19-01-2015

Believe me, this doesn't look anything like the sample lesson in The Tao of Watercolor. This second technique is supposed to use 'blooms' to create blooms. There is much more detail in mine than in the example in the book and the colors are nowhere near as vibrant. I finally just gave up and quit playing with it.

  1. I don't like it when I get blooms in my watercolors, so this would be a hard lesson for me! I still think you got some pretty vibrant colors nevertheless.

    1. Some artists Love the Blooms. I am not so happy with them either, especially when they bloom on their own. I may have to try this exercise again...
